After a Master's Degree in 1977 in Management from the Louvain Catholic University, Michel Rottenberg had his entire career in accounting and management services as a computer scientist.

From 1977 to 1983, he developed and maintained the supplier payment system, at the headquarters of the company Armand Thiery, a clothing store chain.

From 1983 to 1988, he worked at the headquarters of Havas in Havas Informatique subsidiary, as head of development and installation of the group's accounting system.

From 1989 to 2001, he worked for Havas subsidiary of outdoor advertising : Avenir Publicité.

He created and maintained an app for the management of display rents. He developed this system in several languages (French, Spanish, English and Italian) for French society and its subsidiaries in Spain, England, Italy and Belgium.

Michel Rottenberg made his Alyah in 2002 and worked in a French-speaking newspaper in Jerusalem, as a corrector and for the development of the company's website.

Since 2008, Michel Rottenberg has been developing several websites for associations:

• Koltora, Sadin Rabbi site for the broadcast of his video conferences,

• Association pour la Diffusion de la Culture Juive (ADCJ), publisher of art books devoted to Jewish art,

• Eranim, medical information dissemination site
